Motor vehicle certificate: Currently, vehicle license has started to be created through the online system. In spite of this, the government is not able to eliminate the prevalence in it. The biggest reason for this is the lack of an effective testing system. This will continue till then. As long as the local staff and officers continue to take the commission. The departmental testing officer takes the test in a small park instead of running on the road. And the officials pass the online test of traffic-related signs. If anyone is responsible for the increasing accidents in the country, then this is the department.
Whereas the government spends crores of rupees every year to get traffic rules and make people aware. Still, the government is unable to control road accidents? Because the government does not pay any attention to the reasons that it can prevent accidents.
All this is happening due to a lack of proper training. Just think, is it appropriate to know some signs and give a license through a 50-meter test in the park. It is natural to have an accident in this situation. Where traffic rules are not followed. In such a situation, we find that according to the rules, the driver has no knowledge of driving. Due to these reasons, road accidents are increasing today.
Solution policy
The Bharat Mahaparivar Party is presenting a complete solution policy to this problem. Our system has complete management of vehicle registration, testing, and licensing.
Vehicle Registration: In our system, after confirmation of the Indian identification number, the person will be able to purchase the vehicle. It will be very easy. In this system, the vehicle will be able to purchase the same. Who will have a vehicle license?
Vehicle Testing & Licensing: We have developed a test system according to the road map of city and metropolis, the state capital, capital of India, and hill roads through a simulator system for vehicle testing. It will be compulsory to complete 5 exams step in each test. This test can be given repeatedly until the person passes the test.
We have introduced a provision to open simulator centers in various places to make the examination easier by the simulator. Under this, a simulator center will be opened for motorbikes, cars, buses and trucks, small and big vehicles, construction vehicles, etc.
We will release an app to take the exam. Under which any person can apply for a vehicle test from their mobile. Which will get a temporary number. Through this temporary number, a person will be able to test at any simulator center.
After passing the test, the person will get a city level license number. This number will be sent to the person’s registered mobile and email. This number can be used to drive vehicles within the district. Only when this number is available can a person purchase a vehicle.
For permanent license number, it is mandatory to pass the test as per the road map of Rajdhani and Pahari road. Only then the permanent license number will be activated.

What is Simulator Drive Test: Simulator is a type of machine. Which is run like a motor game? In this motor game, we run with the exact tools of external machines like bike, car, bus, etc. Which is run on the road map of a screen? In this, you will feel that you are walking in reality. It comes with two-wheel, four-wheel, truck, bus, etc. simulator machines of all trains. It has all the features of running the vehicle including the Indicator, Safety Belt, Wiper, Dipper, Clutch Brake.
Simulator Testing Manual: The concerned department will issue an application. Under which the person can apply for a vehicle license from their own mobile. After application, a Temporary number will be received on the person’s mobile. Which the applicant can test at any simulator center by confirming the Temporary number by computer.
The test process will be of 4 types and each test will have 5 stages. Which will be as follows: –
First, district and metro level (district wise roadmap test).
Second, state-level (test roadmap for state capital under it).
Third, the national level (testing of the roadmap of the four metros of the country, Delhi, Bombay, Chennai, Kolkata).
Fourth, the hill level (tested according to the road map of the mountains).
In this way, 80 percent of the district level, 90 percent of the state level, and 100 percent of the country level will be obtained only in the case of passing according to the traffic rules. After getting the test, the license number will automatically come on the mobile of the applicant. The person will be given the full right to choose the stage of the testing process.
Traffic Vehicle Testing Procedure: In this system, the investigating officer will be able to verify all the vehicles related to the driver through his own mobile. In this case, the driver will not be required to carry any type of paper with the vehicle. In this way, people will get freedom from the arbitrary challan of the investigating officer. Thus the corruption prevailing in it will end.
Vehicle Referral System: In India, many people are drivers of the same vehicle. Under this system, the vehicle owner can easily add drivers. Which will enable him to use the vehicle? The only licensed person can be added to this system. In this way, the investigating officer will be able to confirm the vehicle owner and driver with the quick confirmation.
Employment through Simulator License System: This license will be given to a family earning 2.5 lakhs annually and whose family members do not work in government jobs. A family earning 1.5 lakhs per annum will be given preference (60 percent grant for simulator machine). The standard of merit is a computer diploma compulsory with middle education level.
Simulator centers will be provided on all blocks and tehsils of India. In this way, more than 1 lakh permanent employment opportunities will be created in India.
