Reduction in agricultural systems: Government is running a project of about 19 schemes for the upliftment / awareness and financial support of farmers in the country. The government also tries to complete it through various projects. Yet the government fails, even after so many projections, the condition of the farmers of the country is pathetic. It seems that there is a big shortage in these schemes and arrangements somewhere. Somewhere the government machinery and politics completely dominate these schemes. Because every government has an agenda fixed. My government will provide all possible help to the farmers. And as we die, election promises of grants and debt forgiveness are made. Yet the government has failed to improve the condition of the farmers. Cause corruption prevails therein. Which the farmer has to face at the local level and is fed up even forced to try the farmer suicide. We have understood the main three problems of farmers, which are as follows: –
Crop Seeds and Fertilizers: – The first problem of the farmer is the availability of seeds and fertilizers at the right time. Even after independence, till date we have failed to make better transparent reforms in these systems. Even today farmers face local corruption for small agricultural commodities. For this reason also, farmers have to accept the terms of black marketing.
Water for irrigation: – There is another problem, there are many problems of water for irrigation such as: If there is too much rain, there is a problem of flood and if there is less rain, there is a problem of drought. The problem of ground water is increasing. In this way, the farmer irrigates with the help of private resources and despite all these challenges, the farmer is producing better.
Crop Security and Grain Security and Fair Price: – Currently, the government guarantees crop security, but does not guarantee food security. Due to lack of storage in India, 50 percent of the production per year is wasted. Till date, governments could neither decide the safety of food grains nor guarantee the price to the farmers. Due to this, local traders and officials take advantage of the helplessness of the farmers. Which the government has no control over.
Agricultural Solutions Policy 2019
When the Indian identification system is implemented, the statistics of the country’s farmers will be clear. Our government has developed a system of assessing and evaluating the status of all small and big farmers of the country and integrating them. Under which the farmers of the country will be empaneled and transparent management will be done. In this system, farmers who cultivate their own land and farmers who do farming as share croppers. They can register themselves, or get someone registered.
Through this system, we like the status of the farmers: how many farmers are there in the country, how many hectares of land are cultivated and their dependence. Until this data is clear. Till then why should we not make any plan? Can not reach the farmers of the country who depend only on agriculture. We will give guidance to the small farmers and motivate them to train and increase the yield of such crops which will benefit them throughout the year. With which he can become a farmer self-supporting. First we have to work on it. Through which the government will be able to directly benefit the farmers of its schemes.
Till date the government has not been able to develop a balance system for agricultural production crops. Due to which sometimes there is excess of grains and sometimes shortage. Thus, the farmer has to face the problem of not getting the right price, wastage etc. due to lack of maintenance. We have developed such a system to solve this problem. Through this, it will be known that there is a deficiency in grains, fruits and vegetables in the country. According to him, the farmer will be first informed about which crops are needed in what quantity. This will keep the balance of grain and stabilize inflation.
The permanent option of agricultural schemes should be considered by the government of the country. Because the farmer is the life of the country. There are immense possibilities in this area to make people self-reliant with big business. Nevertheless, the country’s farmer is indebted and in bad shape. Seeing all this, it seems that the present farmer is a victim of politics.
Our government is determined to solve every basic problem of farmers. We have resolved the work by taking their minor shortcomings seriously. Hence the basic problems of farmers such as availability of crop seeds and fertilizer, the problem of water for irrigation, crop protection and protection, reasonable prices, and anonymity in the systems. We have prepared a solution to all these issues.
Seed / Manure Management: The first problem of the farmer is the availability of agricultural material. To manage this, all government and private institutions distributing agricultural materials have been empaneled under one core system. Through this system, the stock, distribution and price control of all the small and large agricultural commodities distribution centers of the country will be controlled. Every farmer of the country will continue to know what and how much agricultural material is available with which center.
In this way, our government will have complete control over the willing price and marketing of agricultural commodities sales centers. Sales centers will be opened according to the demand of farmers. So that they can get seeds and fertilizer easily.
To control the arbitrariness of the sales centers, farmers will be given toll free no. So that the farmer can lodge a complaint and get quick information about stock availability etc.
Irrigation Management: The farmer is dependent on three sources of irrigation. First: rainwater. Second: by rivers and canals. And third: through groundwater. In all three, the farmer has to face different problems. We will solve this problem with two options.
Rainwater Management:
There has been increased awareness among people about the accumulation of rainwater. The government’s efforts in this matter are so slow. That the farmer has to bear the risk of floods when the rainfall is high and the risk of drought when the rainfall is low. That is, there is a loss of crops. Our government will run two projects to tackle this problem.
First: connecting all the rivers with floods to the canals. We will extend the canals to drought prone areas and renovate every small river. Also securing both sides of rivers by dam.Second: For the recharging, filter tube bhoo-recharge plant will be installed at the city, city, village level or places where there is more water storage. So that we exploit the ground water so that we can send more water inside the land. In this way, we will indicate the end of the problem of ground water.
Crop security and fair price: Despite all adverse circumstances, the farmer is playing a leading role in crop production to a large extent. The farmer faces two major problems after harvesting the crop. First: protection of food grains and second: getting fair prices. Which the government has completely failed to fulfill. That is why we have developed a technology to protect the grain and get the minimum fair price, quick to the farmer.
Cereal safety management: Even today millions of tons of grains rot due to lack of storage. Therefore our government will build storage houses according to the production capacity of the region. Thus, storehouses for wheat, money, pulses and oilseeds. Cold storage will be made for vegetables and fruits etc. Preservation and packaging center will also be established. Management will be done to bring perishable fruits and vegetables to the market in a short time.
The farmer will be given complete freedom to keep his grains, fruits, vegetables etc. safe in these stores. Till the sale of food grains, rent value will not be charged from the farmers. . In this system, the farmer will be able to sit at home and sell his grain through the app.
Fair Price: Currently, the minimum support price for paddy, wheat, pulses and oilseeds has been fixed. Our government will also set minimum support prices for fruits and vegetables. We will provide maximum support price with minimum support price to make farmers prosperous and to increase organic agriculture. We will decide this according to the organic production quality of the crop.
Thus, the farmer stores potatoes, onions, garlic, etc. in paddy, wheat, pulses, oilseeds and vegetables. Our government will accelerate the payment of 25 percent of the total storage according to the prescribed minimum price.
Freedom to sell: We will provide complete freedom to farmers to sell their grains throughout the country. Which we will operate through a shared technology. Through which the farmer will be able to directly contact any trader of the country and can sell their produce. For this, we will ensure minimum retail price (MRP) and maximum retail price (MRP). So that the trader of the country could buy grain directly from the farmer. Thus, the government will have complete control over the pricing, inflation and black marketers.
Our government is going to give two strong platform to the farmer. First: The farmer will be able to sell his grain to any trader in the country through the app. Second: “Kisan Mandi” which will be the local market. He will be able to sell food by himself or a businessman. In case of non-sale of food grains, the government will pay the remaining grains within two months.
Our government will keep grains, fruits and vegetables free from tax. The farmer will be able to achieve GST through an easy process based on the confirmation of a number. Through this the data of grains sold by the farmer will become clear.
Our government will set up a committee at the central and state level for pricing of grains / fruits / vegetables etc. Which will be reviewed by the farmers across the country based on the cost of production. According to the demand of different states of the country, this committee will work to supply food grains / fruits / vegetables etc. under the farmers’ common program.
In this way, the state government will determine the market price by adding the travel load and waste cost cost on crops sent from one state to another. In this way, we will be able to give benefits to the farmers with the cost price of the crop and will save the people from inflation. In this process, the status of black marketing will be completely eliminated.
By this process, the government, public and businessmen can know the status of the grain kept in each store house of the country. Also, which farmer has how much grain, where is it at present. Its actual condition can also be assessed. In this way, appropriate steps can be taken to control inflation.
