According to the 2017 data in India, 460 medical colleges, and according to 2013 figures, there are 4,419 hospital urban areas in India, which have 4,32,526 beds. Ayush has 26,107 dispensaries, 3,167 care centers, 1,51,685 sub-centers, 24,448 primary health centers, and 5,187 community health centers, while the number of private hospitals is 80,671. According to the Indian Medical Association, out of 10,22,859 registered allopathic doctors across the country, only 1,13,328 doctors are in government hospitals i.e. 90% of the doctors are in the private sector.
The country’s growing population and an increasing number of diseases have become a serious problem. The health centers that are currently established are also not enough. The government has set up a network of health services. The systems in them are still very poor and corrupt, due to which people of the country die due to the treatment of diseases. There is a big deficiency in the management of our systems. During my research, I found that the government has no firm control over the hospital, doctors, and drug sellers. Due to which the officers and doctors engaged in system management at the local level have become corrupt. Who gave birth to the mafia in the name of health services. Those on which the government is failing to curb.
All the political parties in the country are seen making electoral promises of giving benefits and inducements in various health services to improve health services and systems. At present, all the parties are operating health services/schemes, being full of vote-bank politics. But no party has any concrete analysis of health services. The increase in the number of sick people every year, the government’s data on the health services provided to them is not clear. Thus, in the health services provided by the government and private patients, the patient is a victim of fraud.
Our government will ensure the expansion of health goals. such as :
Medical college, one PGI among three circles, and one AIIMS at state level will be made in each division. Which will aim to expand more than one on the basis of population?
Every medical college will develop at least 100-100 ICEU and every general ward as a semi-ICU.
Each ICU and bed will be online. By which the person can check the status of the beds of any medical college and the person will be able to enroll the patient on the basis of confirmed information.
Our government will expand ambulance services. These will be operated from community and district centers to PGI and medical colleges. Which will be free for the people of poverty line.
Health Affairs Resolution Policy: Our government has developed an integrated management system of patients, physicians, doctors, and drug dealers. Under which the government and private health service centers of the country will work under a system. Which will be fully controlled by the government.
Hospital Management: All the healthcare-related small and big hospitals (government / private/medical trust etc.) operating in the country will have to work under a core software system management. This system will provide instant recognition to private healthcare institutions.
With the introduction of this system, the government will have complete control over the arbitrariness of medical centers. The determination of healthcare charges, medicines, etc. given by private hospitals will be under the control of the government. In this way, recognition will be canceled if any irregularity is found.
Consultant (Doctor) Management: Through this system, every doctor registered by the Medical Council of India will be empaneled. The consultation services of doctors will be managed through this process. It will work on the basis of a core system. Under which counseling and medicines given to the patient can be monitored.
In this system, each doctor will be given a panel. On which they will give advice about medicines and tests etc. to the patient. The fees of privately counseled doctors will be determined by their medical council on the basis of their merit.
The introduction of this system will end fake doctors. People will be saved from wrong treatment. Through this process, the government will have complete control over all the doctors of the country.
Drug management: We have developed a management system from drug manufacturing to sales. Under which the license system from manufacturing to selling will be made easier. For this, a core application software will be released by the Central and State level Drug Control Organization. Under which drug-related management will be done. like :
To provide registration and other standard certification of drug manufacturers and new manufacturers.Pricing will be based on a shared review evaluation of drug control and drug manufacturers. The government will control arbitrary drug prices etc.
A core software will be released for drug sellers by Drug Control Organization. Through which all the drug agency and the drug dealers will be able to sell the medicine to the patient on the basis of confirmation of the patient ID.
The drug dealer will be able to create a new patent ID based on the Indian identity confirmation. In this way, the government will have complete control over the medicine given by the drug seller to the patient and its price.
License Procedure of Drug Dealers: – Presently, the Central and State level Drug Control Organization provides the license based on the Pharmacist Certificate. We simplified the licensing system. Any person who wants to open a medical center will be given a quick license on completion of the details demanded by the online application.
I have also found such people in my research. Those with an interest in medicine and medicine also have good health knowledge. People who have received information in the field of medicines for at least 5 years. An examination will be conducted for them by the Drug Control Organization. A person able to apply for a drug sale center will be able to obtain a license. In this way, we will be able to expand drug centers in far-flung areas.
Patient Management: With the introduction of this system, complete management of counseling, tests, and medication, etc. given by the patient and the doctors will be done. In the event of falling sick, any person of the country can get or can immediately obtain a patent ID from any drug center, clinic, hospital, etc. through Indian identity verification. The patient will be able to get medication and treatment only through this ID.
In this way, the complete status of the patient’s treatment can be assessed. Such as: Name of consultant, test, drug, and name of drug center, information can be expedited.
In this system, there will be no need for the patient to carry his test report and medication slip. The doctor will be able to get quick information about all the tests, medicines, etc. of the patient only with the patient ID. Through which it will be possible to treat the patient correctly. In this process, the condition of treatment and medicines by fake doctors will be completely eliminated.
With the introduction of this system, the patient can consult the doctor without paying any doctor of the country, by paying an online consultation fee.
Counseling control: Presently drug and doctor mafia have opened their hospitals. In which they run their own monopoly of drugs. In this way, they determine the price of medicines by 100 times the price. In these hospitals, direct instructions are issued to the patient that no medicine outside is valid here. This kind of arbitrary patient is forced into daily fraud.
The complete solution to this problem will be done through the management of hospitals and medical centers. With this, we will implement formula based drug counseling. So that the quality of medicine can be improved. The local drug mafia and counterfeit drugs can be stopped.
The patient will be given full right to complain. A toll-free number will be issued for health-related complaints. On which the patient will be able to lodge an open complaint about the doctor, hospital, and medicines.
Health insurance benefits: In our system, health-related benefits given to the patient on a financial basis will be given immediately. The confirmation of which can be expedited by the Indian identification number.
