Environment has been given great importance in Indian culture. It is mentioned in various cultures of India. The Harappan culture was environmentally steeped. So Vedic culture remained synonymous with environment-protection. Indian mystics considered all-natural forces as deities. He has been worshiped since Yugo-yuga by considering the Sun, the source of energy, as the god, he has been called Surya dava bhavah. In Indian culture, water is also considered to be a deity and sarities (rivers) have been called life-giving. Therefore ancient cultures originated on the banks of the Sarits, and flourished. Banana, peepal, basil, banyan, mango, etc. tree plants have been worshiped in Indian culture.
In the medieval and Mughal periods, the societal environment was common. But the British started the task of destroying the environment in India due to their economic benefits. The ecological imbalance in the Indian environment due to destructive exploitation was visible in the British era itself. As a result of western influence, industrialization, and population explosion, people woke up in independent India. Which gave rise to various types of pollution in the country.
According to the biennial report of Yale and Columbia University with the World Economic Forum, India is one of the five countries on the Environmental Performance Index 2018, falling 36 points from 141 in 2016. As far as India is at the bottom of the list in the environmental health category. Where air quality is concerned, it ranks 178 out of 180. It’s low ranking of 177 in 180 countries, “India’s low score is influenced by poor performance in environmental health policy objectives.” Deaths attributed to PM 2.5 have increased over the past decade and are estimated at 16,40,113 per year. (Institute of Health Metrics and Valuation, 2017) The report states that despite government action, pollution from solid vehicles, coal and crop residues and emissions from motor vehicles have severely degraded air quality. ”
Current Government Policy: – If you look at the budget of the Ministry of Environment, there was a budget of only Rs 2675 crore 42 lakh. That is, in a country where every 5 minutes more than 25 lakh people die every year due to diseases caused by pollution. In that country, the environment budget of the Government of India was 2675.42 thousand crores in 2017-18, and the same is for the budget 2018-19. 3870 crores were spent in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections alone. Every year, the nobles who are unable to repay the loan from the bank, are committing 2 lakh crores. In Himachal Gujarat election campaign, more than 3000 crores are being blown. This is the condition of the government’s budget for the environment in that country.
If you see, a large part of this budget is spent on handling offices of 439.56 crores. 962.01 crore is spent to give to the states. There is a budget of 915.21 crores for all the projects. There is a budget of 358.64 crores for regulatory bodies. In this entire budget, if we look at the budget for handling the environment only, then it will be surprising to know that there is only 489.53 crore, which is directly related to the environment.
When everyone questions the Central Pollution Board about pollution. At the same time, the total budget of SPC is 74 crores 30 lakhs. When it comes to the environment, the total budget of the environment ministry of the country is that the government spends 21 rupees per person in the country. On one hand, the budget of the Ministry of Environment in the country is 2675.42 crores. On the other hand, the profits of the industry, which take measures to avoid the environment, is more than 3 thousand crores. Where today Delhi has got the status of Gas Chamber. According to environmental standards, the PM (Particulate Matter) 10 should have a normal level of 100 microgram cubic meters (MGCM). At some places in Delhi, 1600 has been reached. PM 2.5 has a Normal Level 60 (MGCM) but it reaches 300 to 500.
Environmental Solutions Policy: We have developed a complete Environmental Solutions Policy. We have developed a water conservation system and a modern system of controlling air pollution. By which two big problems have been solved. First: the return of underground water. And second: the return of fauna dependent on trees. See these solutions:
Water conservation management: We believe that if nature is not exploited, everything will become normal again. Because nature keeps doing reconstruction work continuously. The desire to create and consume our development resources has spoiled the balance of nature today. If we can correct this harmony, then we will be able to normalize the balance of nature. Therefore, we have devised plans to maintain the balance of nature through all our solutions. which is like this:-
River Preservation: Our government will take two major steps to protect the river.
Under the first solution, demarcation of both the banks of every small and big river of the country will be done. The dead rivers will connect them to larger rivers to survive. In areas where there are no rivers, there is a water crisis throughout the year. There the canals will be expanded and connected to rivers. Which will solve two problems? First: Damage due to floods in the rivers will be prevented. Second: Water will be available throughout the year to the drought-affected areas.
As a second solution, we should stop the contaminated water from coming out of the industrial factories built along the rivers of the country into the rivers. Under which we will set up water purification centers to clear the contaminated water of all factories. Water purification centers will be set up at various places to prevent and clean the contaminated water coming out of the drains and factories. In this way, rivers will be protected.
Underground water conservation: We believe that we have not done the right dealings with nature. For this reason, today we are losing the life-like water that is available free of cost by nature. It is said that one can go more distance with someone in life as long as our transactions remain equal. Which is not happening today. As we know that today we are going to exploit groundwater as fast as possible. Are we returning water to the land as fast, maybe not?
The main reason for this. Stone paved roads, buildings, and other systems of our urban development. Earlier, forests, wells, and Pokhara were more common among us. Today our development policy has changed this. For this reason, the water that is present in the land must be absorbed. It is not happening now. Whatever is the source of groundwater today, it is only rivers. Which is becoming dead and which we are engaged in contaminating. So today we are struggling with the problem of groundwater.
We have developed a natural technique to balance the problem of groundwater and Prakrit. which is like this :
Filter tube technology: Natural filter tubes will be made in place to eliminate filler between the drains of the cities. So that contaminated water can be cleaned and made underground immediately.
Natural filter tubes will be made in each house and colony. In order to prevent the contaminated water from coming out of it into the drains. In this way, we will be able to prevent the contaminated water from entering the drains and falling into the rivers.
Filter tube structure: It will be a square tank numbered 3 feet wide and 4 feet deep. A 6-inch-wide pipe in the middle of that tank will be bored to the first water source of the land. The pipe in which there will be small holes at the bottom. We will make a cuproles using a fine mesh by mixing the color, stone, and concrete. Which will be 3 feet wide and 3 feet long. Which will be put in the tank. Which will slowly filter the contaminated water and make it underground. The filter tube capsule will be replaced if it becomes dirty. In this way, we will be able to make water underground in maximum quantity. Also, the water of cities and towns will be prevented from going into rivers. This will completely end the problem of the water load.
Air Pollution Solution Policy – 2019:
At present, the government spends thousands of crores of rupees in the name of planting trees through schemes, to say that this rupee is spent in planting trees. But by bringing the schemes to the ground, 75 percent of the fixed budget eats our system. Most of the trees that are planted in such cases are completed in paper. Trees planted in this way are neither longevity nor oxygen-rich. This cycle continues every year. Therefore, today the problem of pollution is becoming more serious.
Therefore, we have developed a complete management system for planting and taking care of trees. Along with this, the places to plant trees have also been selected. Which is as follows:
Tree Plantation System: We have released an app called My Tree to plant more and more trees and to assess the position of the tree clearly. By which we will urge the youth of the country who are interested in planting trees. To whom our government will provide direct benefit to the value and care of the tree. Trees will be managed using tree planting equipment to avoid cutting trees.
Our aim is to end the current system. So that corruption in it can be eliminated. We can plant trees in a more transparent way through the same system. Also, we can give a fixed income throughout the year to the poor youth of the country. The government spends only on the running of the schemes. We can give that money to poor people to plant trees.
As we have said, we will demarcate all the small and big rivers of the country and will work to plant a forest full of fruitful and longevity trees with dams on both sides. In this way, we will be able to solve two main problems. First: the dead rivers will be given life. Second: it will be possible to return the animals dependent on trees.
Our government will vacate 30 feet wide on both sides of the new and existing roads. On which trees will be planted in three sequential ways. Which will be as follows:
We will plant shrubby flowering plants on the roadside. After that, in the middle part, small trees will be planted. Such as: Aavla, Sahutoot, Drumstick, etc. Longevity trees like Peepal, Pakad, Banyan, Neem, Jamun, Mahua, Mango, Jackfruit, etc. will be planted in the back part. Planting trees in this way will bring many benefits. First: Due to small bushes and trees on the roadside, the deaths due to vehicles colliding with the trees will be prevented. Second: People living nearby will get fruits to eat.
Our government will also undertake plantation of wild fruit and medicine trees along with timber trees in the forest area. So that the real status of the forest can be restored. And stop the migration of wildlife.
