BHARAT MAHAPARIVAR PARTY

BHARAT MAHAPARIVAR PARTY believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

BHARAT MAHAPARIVAR PARTY does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or other similar products. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained after the merchant has verified the claim.

4. Product Not as Described

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not match your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the manufacturer regarding any complaints or service-related issues.

6. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved by BHARAT MAHAPARIVAR PARTY, the refund will be processed and credited to the customer’s original payment method within 3–5 business days.
