All documents have to be uploaded, and digital Aadhaar is created on the same basis and online applications are submitted to their tenders. After this, files are also collected from you. In this system it cannot be confirmed that the documents presented are completely correct as there is no clear standard for their verification. Thus, as before, the tender is rejected even today due to the shortcomings of the investigating officer and non-payment of fees Even today, the files of those who are able to pay the fees are verified. Thus, we see that there is no significant difference between before and today.
Our government will end this system completely. Because we have developed a transparent system with a new technology. The utility of documents in this system will be negligible. All verification procedures will be done entirely on the basis of software system. Tender Registration System: Till date invitations are issued for tender registration and it has been a tradition to tender them. Eligibility for Tender Registration: All such people who have the technical and professional education and experience given below, can register themselves. like :
- Civil engineering qualification is taken for the development and infrastructure of the city. Holders of civil, structural, architectural engineering degree will be accepted for registration of related tenders. .
- Holder of robotics, macroelectronics, mechatronics, electronics, computer engineering degree will be accepted for registration of related tenders.
- Under the mechanical, all engineers like biomedical biomechanical automotive, mechanical aerospace engineering degree holder will be accepted for registration of related tenders. .
- Materials Science, Sustainability Design, Environmental, Chemical, Agricultural, Paper Engineering degree holder will be accepted for registration of related tenders.
- The holder of Systems, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering Management degree will be accepted for registration of related tenders. .
- Geological, Engineering Physics, Marine, Mining Ceramics, Photonics Geomatics, Nuclear, Nanotechnology, Metallurgical, Petroleum, Project Management degree holder will be accepted for registration of related tenders.
- If the concerned degree holder is employed in any government post, he will not have any right to fill the tender. Only privately functioning entities will get this right.
Registration verification basis: – As I said in the above, the concerned department will register any company / firm / institution on the basis of eligibility for Indian identification number. The concerned department will verify all the documents from the company / firm / institution on the basis of tender indent. Based on the verification confirmation of the institutions, they will be selected and approved.
Thus, the rejected institutions will be free to apply for registration for the next proposal after completing their deficiencies. After fulfilling the standard conditions of the government, it will get approval. In this system, the government will have complete control over the activities of the institution. By which the quality of work can be improved.
