At present, the system of ration card has been modernized by the government. The digitization of ration card has been done. But the system of making it is local, which has no criteria. In this way, it is based on the old system. In this case, the process of giving ration card is the same as before. If it is still investigated today. Some people will find that despite being rich, they have got the ration card of the poverty line. There are also families whose homes are in rural and urban areas, they have ration cards made in two places. Still, due to the flaws in it, the local representative and the concerned authorities verify the poverty and richness of the person without any solid assessment, and take the money and release it. When the government itself has laid the way to do corruption, how can the problems be solved?
Solution policy
Our government will set up a Ministry of Economic Affairs to take a clear assessment of all situations related to economic matters of the citizen. The main job of which is to find out and monitor the economic status of every citizen of the country. For which we have developed a system.
We have set a new standard of poverty and wealth on economic grounds. We have kept 1.5 lakh annual income families below the poverty line. And the family earning 2 lakhs per annum will be kept in the poverty line. In this way, families earning 2 lakh to 3 lakh annually will be placed in the medium category and families earning above 3 lakh will be placed in the rich line. On these grounds, a Poverty Relief Number will be created in the name of the head of the family.
Many benefits will be activated on poverty relief numbers. This benefit will be given only to the family earning 1.5 lakhs per annum and it will be valid only if there are two children in the family. like :
Food items: Up to 60 percent discount will be given on all food items.
Agricultural material: 60 percent discount will be given on whatever material is used for agricultural work. Which will be completely tax free.
Medical: Up to 25 lakh health benefits will be given for medical treatment. Which will be valid in any hospital in the country.
Medicines: Up to 50 percent discount will be given in expensive medicines and normal medicines will be given free of cost.
Education: Education will be compulsory for all. All education up to the higher level will be given free of cost.
Travel Ticket: Up to 40 percent discount will be given on train and bus tickets for commuting anywhere.
Reservation in jobs: Well I believe in ending reservation. But till the education and economic condition of the people of the country becomes normal, then we will give reservation. But our reservation will be on economic basis.
Electricity benefit: Free electricity connection and discounts will be given. For full details of the rebate, read the Power Management Policy.
Gas connection benefits: 50% discount will be given in gas price with free gas connection.
Disaster: There will be a provision for financial assistance for the loss due to any kind of disaster. This benefit will be given to all classes of people.
Housing Benefit: Confirmation of which people have housing or not will be clear from the Indian identity number. Those people who have land but do not have housing will be given full expenses to build the house. And those who have nothing will be given accommodation by our government.
Financial help for marriage: As I said in the above, for the complete protection of the girl child, we will be given an economic benefit of 21 lakh rupees for each girl child on completion of 21 years.
All these benefits will automatically be linked to the Indian identification number. For which one will not have to go round government offices. In this system, as soon as the person of the rich line comes to the standard of poverty line. Similarly, poverty relief number will be activated automatically.
In this system, we have developed a technology of economic standard. Which will monitor the daily income and expenditure of every person. With which an economic data will be prepared for every citizen. This number will be activated automatically by the citizen coming to the poverty standard.
Ration card book will not be given in this system. Or simply say that this system will be completely changed. This number will quickly confirm other heads of the family along with the head of the family. The entire family will be able to take all the benefits given in this way.
Thus will be the end of the politics of promises left by political parties. Local spoils and differences will end. The citizen will be free from government rounds. And corruption prevailing in them will end.
