जो व्यक्ति भारत का नागरिक है और जिसकी उम्र 18 वर्ष से अधिक है, वही व्यक्ति सदस्य बन सकता है।
जो स्वेच्छा से सदस्यता शुल्क और दान दे सकता है, वही सदस्य एक्टिव सदस्य की श्रेणी में शामिल किया जाएगा।

ऑनलाइन सदस्यता के नियम और शर्तें:

सदस्यता का एक्सेस अकाउंट वेरिफिकेशन, प्रोफ़ाइल पूर्ण करने, प्लान चुनने, भुगतान जमा करने और एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर की समीक्षा के बाद दिया जाता है।

सदस्यों को रजिस्ट्रेशन के हर चरण पर सही निजी, संपर्क और पहचान संबंधी जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।

दोबारा रजिस्ट्रेशन, गलत जानकारी, या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के दुरुपयोग की स्थिति में सदस्यता को निलंबित या रद्द किया जा सकता है।

सदस्यता का सक्रिय होना भुगतान के सफल सत्यापन और संगठन द्वारा आवश्यक अतिरिक्त अनुपालन जांच पर निर्भर करता है।

सदस्यों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करते समय संगठन के नियमों, संचार मानकों और आचार संहिता का पालन करें।

Membership Terms & Conditions

Any person who is a citizen of India and is above 18 years of age is eligible to become a member.
Only those individuals who voluntarily pay the membership fee and donation will be categorized as Active Members.

Online Membership Rules & Conditions:

Membership access is granted only after account verification, profile completion, plan selection, payment submission, and administrator approval.

Members must provide accurate personal, contact, and identity details at every stage of registration.

Duplicate registrations, false information, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

Membership activation depends on successful payment verification and any additional compliance checks required by the organization.

Members are expected to follow the organization's rules, communication standards, and code of conduct while using the platform.

दान (चंदा) नियम एवं शर्तें

जो व्यक्ति 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु का है और भारत का नागरिक है, वह स्वेच्छा से दान दे सकता है।
दान करने से पूर्व KYC (पहचान सत्यापन) पूरा करना अनिवार्य है।

चंदा लेने एवं देने के नियम और शर्तें:

यह राजनीतिक दल भारत में निर्वाचन आयोग (Election Commission) के साथ पंजीकृत है
(RPA 1951, Section 29A) और आयकर अधिनियम की धारा 13A (Section 13A) के अंतर्गत आयकर छूट के लिए पात्र है।

यदि सभी नियमों का पालन किया जाए, तो राजनीतिक दल की आय पर 100% आयकर छूट उपलब्ध है।

धारा 13A के अंतर्गत निम्न स्रोतों पर आयकर नहीं लगता:

चंदा (Donations / Voluntary Contributions)

सदस्यता शुल्क (Membership Fees)

संपत्ति से आय (House Property Income)

ब्याज/डिविडेंड (Other Sources Income)

पूंजी लाभ (Capital Gains)

₹20,000 से अधिक दान देने वालों का नाम एवं पता दर्ज करना अनिवार्य है।

₹2,000 से अधिक का नकद दान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

दानकर्ता (Donor) के लिए कर लाभ:

व्यक्तियों को आयकर अधिनियम की धारा 80GGC के तहत 100% कर छूट (Deduction) प्राप्त होती है।

कंपनियों को धारा 80GGB के तहत 100% कर छूट प्राप्त होती है।

भुगतान एवं सत्यापन नियम:

दान जमा करने से पूर्व दाता का नाम, संपर्क विवरण, राशि और भुगतान विवरण सही-सही दर्ज करना अनिवार्य है।

रसीद केवल सफल एवं सत्यापित दान के लिए ही जारी की जाएगी।

भुगतान सत्यापन लंबित होने की स्थिति में रसीद जारी करने में विलंब हो सकता है।

दान की गई राशि सामान्यतः गैर-वापसी योग्य (Non-refundable) होती है।

दोहरा भुगतान, असफल लेन-देन या अनुपालन संबंधी रद्दीकरण के मामलों में प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक हो सकता है।

उच्च राशि के दान या नियामक अनुपालन के लिए अतिरिक्त KYC या पहचान सत्यापन की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

Donation Terms & Conditions

Any individual who is above 18 years of age and is a citizen of India may voluntarily make a donation.
Completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before making any donation.

Rules & Conditions for Donations:

This political party is registered with the Election Commission of India under
RPA 1951 (Section 29A) and is eligible for income tax exemption under Section 13A of the Income Tax Act.

Subject to compliance with applicable rules, the income of the political party is eligible for 100% tax exemption.

Under Section 13A, the following sources of income are exempt from tax:

Donations / Voluntary Contributions

Membership Fees

Income from House Property

Interest / Dividend (Other Sources)

Capital Gains

For donations above ₹20,000, donor name and address must be recorded.

Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not permitted.

Tax Benefits for Donors:

Individuals can claim 100% deduction under Section 80GGC.

Companies can claim 100% deduction under Section 80GGB.

Payment & Verification Terms:

Donor name, contact details, amount, and payment reference must be accurately provided before submission.

Receipts are issued only for confirmed and verified donations.

Receipt issuance may be delayed if payment verification is pending.

Donations are generally non-refundable.

Proof may be required in cases of duplicate payments, failed transactions, or compliance-related cancellations.

Additional verification, including donor identity or KYC, may be required for high-value contributions or regulatory compliance.
