India is called the country of youth and it is our belief that every child is born with some quality (talent). We also see that there is immense talent hidden among the youth of India. We only need to make it a simple medium, but the government has plans, but it is not being implemented at the ground level.
At present, the government is running many schemes to bring talent forward, but the mechanism of these schemes is so complex that very few young people are able to make their place in the society. There is no successful management system to guide the talents. In this way, we see that due to the wrong policies of the government, neither their talents are getting respect nor any support and assistance from the government. In this way, the talents of the youth of the country are dying.
Some of the talents that we are seeing emerging today, are showing the brilliance of the youth and the struggle of the government maze, which has been able to make its identity. The same talent appears in front of us today. And the geniuses who get entangled in the maze of this system, get broken while struggling. Such talented person gets tired and compromises the situation. Today the condition of many such youth is pathetic
Bharat Mahaparivar Party has developed a simple system of every problem related to the youth. In this system, the talents of every youth of the country will get respect, cooperation, assistance quickly. For this, we have developed online and offline two-way platforms to promote the talent of the youth. Under which any talented youth can showcase their talent through online medium. We have planned to expand the talent complex to promote talent. Which is as follows:
Online display platform: We have developed a web application for this. Under which every youth will be able to put their talent display directly before the country and the world. We will set up a central committee to monitor all your talents. Who will review the performance data you send. If your talents are supported by the public, then you will be given respect, cooperation and support.
Pratibha Complex Forum: Our government will build talent complex at every district and block level to enhance the talent at the local level. Under which all kinds of art centers and sports complexes will be constructed. Such as: Cricket, Athletics Track, Football and Hockey, Local Sports Kabbadi etc., to develop the arts and leadership qualities of the youth, art centers, dialogue houses, clubs and student habitats will be developed.
All our plans will work on one goal basis. Under which the GDP of the country will be determined. Prima facie the work will be started by selecting at least one of the two districts of each state and it will be ensured that the work is completed within 1 financial year. So that work can be started in other districts in the next financial year.
Pratibha Samman: May our government give equal rights and respect to all talented youth. For this we have developed the online system. With this system, all the prevalent corruption at the local level will be eliminated and the talented youth will get respect.
